Total Health Care Mobile Health Program
Providing Vital Healthcare Services Throughout Metro Baltimore
C2C, Connecting to Communities, Total Health Care’s outreach program unveiled its mobile health unit April 9, 2021. Our mobile unit expands our efforts to provide health care services directly to communities throughout Baltimore. The Mobile Health Unit was funded with support from The Gamma Boulé Foundation (GBF) of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and The Mamie and Jerome Todd Relief Fund established by Ben Jealous to support those in Baltimore that have been impacted by COVID-19. Awarded federal funding and donations provides the on going operational and maintenance needs of mobile health outreach.
