Total Health Care has been caring for the underserved people of Greater Baltimore since our founding as Constant Care Community Health Center, Inc. in 1968. In 1989, Constant Care merged with West Baltimore Community Health Care Corporation to create Total Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). In 2016, we welcomed Tuerk House—an innovative leader in substance abuse treatment for the underserved—into our family, enabling us to provide specialized healing, health and hope to more members of our community.
