Total Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to caring for everyone in our community—especially those who are most in need. We care for more than 34,000 patients annually—nearly all of whom are at or below the 200% poverty line—at locations throughout Greater Baltimore.

Total Health Care has been caring for the underserved people of Greater Baltimore since our founding as Constant Care Community Health Center, Inc. in 1968. In 1989, Constant Care merged with West Baltimore Community Health Care Corporation to create Total Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Total Health Care, Incorporated (THC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center. THC is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233 (h).
Total Health Care participates in the federal 340B(a)(4) pharmacy program under the Public Health Service Act.
Total Health Care is a FTCA deemed facility
