We are excited to invite Total Health Care patients with Wellpoint Health Insurance Coverage to our Breast Cancer Screening & Awareness Day on Saturday, July 27th, 2024, from 8 AM to 1 PM at Ascension Saint Agnes Imaging (3449 Wilkens Ave, Suite 100/102, Baltimore, MD 21229).

This event is dedicated to providing essential, lifesaving mammogram screenings. Wellpoint representatives will also be available to assist with enrollment benefits, provide informative health education and information on the Health Rewards Program.
