Infectious Disease Services (HEP C, HIV & AIDS)

The infectious disease specialists at Total Health Care provide the latest—and most compassionate—care for those affected by or at high risk for Hepatitis C, HIV and AIDS. We provide a broad range of high-quality treatment and support services to help you protect your health and lead the meaningful, active life you want.

Services

  • Preventive services, including PrEP and PEP prescriptions
  • Testing, including free HIV testing
  • Comprehensive HEP C, HIV and AIDS treatment programs, including regular exams, medication management, nutritional counseling and emotional support services
  • Case management services to connect you to housing, medication assistance and more
  • Coordinated care with on-site services, including mental health specialists and substance abuse treatment services to help you manage your total health

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program

Through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, Total Health Care is able to provide HIV care, support services, and medications for people living with HIV, including those who are uninsured and underserved. More than half of people living with diagnosed HIV in the United States receive services through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program each year. Learn more about the national program here.

Division Health Center Closing

Total Health Care’s Division Health Center will be closed at 12 noon. All patients will be contacted to be seen at another site or appointment rescheduled.
