Center for Emotional & Social Health (CESH)

The Center for Emotional & Social Health (CESH) at Total Health Care is passionately dedicated to improving the mental health and quality of life for all patients—including children, teens, adults and seniors. Our team of licensed psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors, psychiatric nurses and public health administrators work with each patient to give them the education and tools they need to live successfully within their family and community, form healthy bonds with others and grow in positive relationships.

The Center for Emotional & Social Health provides individual, group, couples and family counseling to help you with:

Getting Started

Patients are referred by their primary physician or another social service agency. You may also self-refer by calling Total Health Care directly at 410-383-8300. We offer later evening hours to meet all schedules and patient needs. We can also assist with completing necessary forms to obtain transportation if necessary.

Division Health Center Closing

Total Health Care’s Division Health Center will be closed at 12 noon. All patients will be contacted to be seen at another site or appointment rescheduled.
