Effective February 28, 2025, Total Health Care will close the Total Health Care Mondawmin Mall Health Center & Pharmacy.

Guided by our mission to improve the health and quality of life in the communities we serve, Total Health Care, Inc. remains dedicated to the Greater Mondawmin Community connecting communities to care through community-provide high quality affordable comprehensive health services. The relocation is part of our commitment to improving access to a full complement of health, including services that are not directly available at the Mondawmin site including: oral health services, podiatry, expanded behavioral health services, and specialty medical care

All providers and staff will be relocated to the Division Health Center at 1501 Division Street, Baltimore, MD 21217. Patients can receive services at any of Total Health Care’s seven (7) health centers. Visit www.totalhealthcare.org/contact/ for a list of all of Total Health Care locations.

Yes, we will continue to provide all current services. Patients will have access to additional services at our Division Health Center, including dental and podiatry and we are also expanding some programs to better meet the needs of our patients.

Patient Records & Insurance

Yes, all patient records will be securely transferred, so there is no need to take any action. If you have concerns, you may request a copy of your records for personal reference.

No, our accepted insurance plans and billing procedures will remain the same. If there are any changes, we will notify patients in advance.

Transportation & Accessibility

Total Health Care can provide free transportation to and from a patient’s home address to any appointment. Public transportation routes and parking information are available for each health center location

All Total Health Care health centers are fully ADA-compliant, featuring accessible entrances, elevators, and other accommodations.

Appointments & Services

No, all scheduled appointments will be automatically transferred to the new location. You will receive a reminder with the updated address and details.
