Total Health Care, Inc. is partnering with Anne Arundel Public Schools and the Anne Arundel Department of Health, to provide access to school-linked healthcare. Together we bridge education and health to address the needs of both students and families. The partnership is designed to improve children’s preventative health through increased access to wellness services and connect families to accessible affordable healthcare.

How Does the Program Work?

Families complete a School-Linked Telehealth Services & Financial Responsibility Consent Form to become Total Health Care patients. As needed, students will receive pediatric care services during the school day through a telehealth appointment.

Telehealth appointments take place within the school nurse suite via video with a Total Health Care Provider. If available, Parents/Guardians can join the telehealth video appointment. Parents/Guardians will receive a post-visit summary.

As Total Health Care patients, students will have access to all of Total Health Care services and locations.

NOTE: Students must be enrolled in a participating school.
