Center for Emotional and Social Health (CESH)

The goal of Total Health Care’s Center for Emotional and Social Health (CESH) is to improve the mental health and quality of life for all patients.

Our clients range from children to teens to young adults to elder adults. Our team consists of licensed psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors, psychiatric nurses and public health administrators. We provide high-quality services to those with physical barriers and behavior and mental health issues. We work to improve the way they feel about everyday life.

Health and well-being is our top priority. We offer individual, group, couples, and family therapy that provides education and support in many areas. These include anger management, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, attention deficit disorders, personality disorders, sexual disorders, criminal behavior, impulse control disorder, sexual abuse, and self-mutilation/harm, sexual abuse and other traumas.

Our goal is to help you live successfully within the family and community, form healthy bonds with others, and grow in positive relationships. Ultimately, we strive for successful self-management for individuals, couples and the entire family or community unit. We also teach skills to relieve grief and loss, discrimination, and fear.

Patients are referred by their primary physician or another social service agency. They may also self-refer by calling Total Health Care directly. We offer later evening hours to meet all schedules and patient needs. We can also assist with completing necessary forms to obtain transportation if necessary.
